Where Can A Person Find Professionals That Are Able To Tell Whether Someone Has Asperger’s Syndrome Or Not ?

I have a close friend whom many thinks might have Asperger’s Syndrome. I would like to help her find the appropriate professionals to get a diagnosis of some type. I would prefer that the testing be done in the Vermont or Northern New York area since that is where we are both from.
