How Likely Is It That A Person With Asperger Syndrome Will Be Able To Learn And Drive An Automobile?

It depends on the individual and where on the spectrum they are. Many people who have Asperger’s syndrome are able to drive, especially those who are at the mild end of the spectrum.
I for one have Asperger’s syndrome and have been driving for over 9 years and have not even caused an accident yet like most young drivers do at some point.
