How Does Asperger Syndrome Link To High Intelligence ?

my daughter is comsidered highly intelligent with a recent iq test but
she is obsessed with maps flags puzzles and numbers and letters too. and she isn’t a socialite at all.
however I am start to suspect maybe aspergers syndrome because
of her finger twiches but she speaks well with eye contact. any information about aspergers syndrome and parents of aspies advice will be greatly helpful thanks !
